Windows 10: i there a direct link to live chat customer service?

when i have changed the hardware on my pc in the past, i have had to reactivate windows as usual, on this occasion i did troubleshoot and clicked changed hardware, and i just get a microsoft servers unresponsive. in the past i have used live chat to explain the issue, then they would look at my pc remotely and fix the issue. but i cant see anywhere to access live chat. currently using windows 11 pro.

Microsoft Live Chat Support or Help with Issue

Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.
