Windows 10: I think hacker has my laptop's bios access.

I have Acer Predator Helio neo 16 new gaming laptop. I brought it last year and i Played valolant. My aim was bad. I heard some hack that can help to boost aim at YouTube. Then I installed some hack software in my windows. 2 days later my Facebook Id was hacked by hacker. I did a clean installation of windows 11 a several times. I somehow recovered my Facebook id. But yesterday my YouTube channel has been terminated for community violence. They told me that they had removed some videos of my channel. But I did not upload a single video. I think my laptop has been hacked and has bios access. T

access BIOS settings in Win 10

I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ? Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
