Windows 10: i think i accidentally uninstalled my wifi driver , and i have no wifi at all, it doesn't...

i need help trying to get my wifi back

Internet access via WiFi...Windows 10. I think iI accidentally deleted the wiFi driver. If I do a "reset" will this leaveall my files untouched?

Intel WiFI 5100 disapears

So my brother and I just bought two acer aspire 6930 machines.

THe wifi intel 5100 does not pass that brodcast test.

Both machines do this.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, took the card in and out done everything i can think of short of reinstalling the os.

Any suggestions?

 

Wifi list won´t show

my new aspire 5 all of a sudden stopped letting me open the wifi list, while i had the same provider it was allright but right now i have changed my provider and since i can´t see the available networks it doesn´t let me choose it.
I´ve already tried to update drivers, restart internet settings, save the new wifi mannualy to see if the computer could connect. but nothing provided results.
From what i can guess it looks like the problem is not in the connection, because i can connect in to my old wifi and also a ethernet cable but somethig is preventing the wifi list to appear.
