Windows 10: i think i deleted settings by mistake or it got removed somehow windows 10 hp stream 14

i discovered this happened while trying to get the wifi icon on my taskbar by using personalization and turns out it doesnt work here the error message "this file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action please install an app or if one is already installed create and association in the default apps settings page" also i cant factory reset "we ran into a problem while resetting your computer no changes were made" its not in a loop though

HP converted Stream with Windows 10 major mistake I think.?

I have/had HP Stream with Windows conerstion kit on it. My memory would file up my operating system on a monthly basis. I would go through the reset every month eirthe doing a full recovery or lathe limited recovery. This last time my system started downloading
files filling up my herd drive. Thinking I could go back and do it again I tried and lost something in my hard drive. I am unable to run my computer, much less Windows. It keeps showing Bad System Config and gives me this link: C:\windows\system32\log files\set\ssrtTrail.txt.
It doesnot do me any good as I do not have access to anything involving the hard drive. Could someone from Microsoft please help bring it all back? If not 2 their a Windows 10 full version that I can download

As, I'm sure you can tell, I'm not read Savoy with computer operating systems and much much more. My computer show I have some or all of window 10. My problem is my D & E drives are showing that they can not be accessed. D: says it's full and E: says it
has plenty of space. When I put a thumb drive in either drive it doesn't show up. My computer also shows a drive with x:\ which I can not use at all.

Now because I don't know a whole lot about what you were talk about, is there a way where I can read it and do it step by step? I'm hoping that the stuff you told me to down load will remove all of those walls that I keep running into. Is there someplace
where I can access and follow all the steps?

I was reading posts from 2015 with people complaining about not having enough room to on their hard drive after upgrading to windows 10. Well I bought my HP Stream 14" with 32gb of hard drive with windows 10 preinstalled. I had a problem last August installing
the Anniversary edition 1607 and while still under warranty an HP rep on chat at first didn't believe my about my trouble then then took control of my computer and evidently deleted non essential "stuff" he installed the Anniversary update for me. Now I'm
no longer under warranty and can not download the latest update, 1709. I don't have pictures, movies or music on my laptop and have deleted just about everything that is deletable.

So the question is this: is 1709 a standalone update or does it also contain the 1607 update so I can delete the original to make room for this latest one?

Vijay, I have programs that asks me to restart my computer. HP stream 14. #2. I've tried windows suggested remedies on getting more space, apparently not enough.Now when I try to update win.10 v
1903 I get a message telling me that other updates are downloading that was 4 days ago.It tells me to try restarting my computer.Hence my question
