Windows 10: I think i deleted some files of sys32

After i run a script in cmd of resetting registery but it ended up deleting some files But when restarted i was unable to use startmenu, Cortana,serach bar and notifications tab. Can someone help ? Do i need to reinstall windows? Is there any solution without losing my data and apps?

Replacing Corrupt .mui files in Sys32

I've had file corruption problems from day 1 with this new Win 10
pc. Using scannow the latest bunch are in Sys32\en-US. Running
DISM produced no change. Anyway, I have some "clean" copies of these files, but even fiddling with
Administrator Privileges, I can't get Windows to accept the replacements. There is a lot of conflicting information on the
Web: can anyone please suggest a
Quick-Fix?

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.
