Windows 10: I think I have viruses on my PC and Windows Defender isn't detecting anything.

Note that I do not know any of those applications:I am wondering if these are software, libraries, or viruses.This seems to be NES games. I never pirated any NES games in my entire life.The list goes on for a while.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Windows Defender not detecting Viruses and Malware

I have Windows 10. I have recently gotten malware or viruses on my computer. For example, sometimes my browser would redirect me to a site that would tell me to call a fake Microsoft number. It also kept installing programs I didn't install myself on my
computer. I used Windows Defender to help, but it detected nothing. I obliterated 300 GB of data and waited 5 hours for Windows 10 to reinstall just because a faulty antimalware program. A day later, I got the same messages as last time. I was fed up with
Windows, so I installed Malwarebytes free trial. It detected 246 malware infected programs. I cleared it all up. The next day, I'm having problems with Windows Settings, Windows Defender, and my Wi-Fi adapter. I fixed the adapter, but Windows Settings is still
slow, bugged, and crashing. For Windows Defender, everytime I try to update the virus and spyware definitions, it says searching for 20 minutes, and then it says failed to update definitions. If a
FREE TRIAL of Malwarebytes is better than Windows Defender, then Microsoft needs to step up their game. Maybe some collaborations for spyware definitions would be nice.
