Windows 10: I think I messed up my keyboard and I don't know how to fix it, can anyone help?

I was looking for advice to make my SHIFT, W and Q key work at the same time, but turns out it's a problem of the keyboard itself Razer Ornata V3. During my attempt to fix it, I followed this advice by Paloma Bianchini. It goes as follows:"1. Press the Windows + Q keys, type and click on Notepad;2. Paste the values below into the notebook:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout]"Scancode Map"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,09,00,00,00,00,00,5b,e0,00,00,5c,e0,00,00,5d,e0,00,00,44,00,00,00,1d,00,00,00,38,00,00,00,1d,e0,00,00,38,e0

stuff that don`t work

The problem with the messed up keyboard is now ok, I can write normally.

But, the problem with non working pin and unpin from task bar, the right mouse click don`t work on it at all - still stays, as well as non working New notifications - I click and nothing happens. Can you fix that all?

1.Go to
Settings > Time & language >
Region & language.

2.Select
Add a language.

3.Select the language you want to use from the list, then choose which region's version you want to use. Your download will begin immediately.
