Windows 10: I think I might’ve gotten hacked and when I try set in my password it just goes back to the...

I got a few virus warning not too long ago and was told to ignore them. But now it said my email didn’t have an account connected to so when I went to “make one” it said I had one so I tried logging in and it brought me back to the starting screen you see when you turn on the pc. I’ve changed my password 3 times and tried logging in a million times. Nothing seems to work. Help me

After having a few friends get their email accounts hacked I started using 16-32 character passwords. I know that they are still vulnerable but the hope is they are harder to crack than lazier people. Kind of like the expression about 2 people and a bear, "I don't have to run faster than the bear, just faster than you".

What they are really saying is : they stole the user database but we don't store passwords, we store password hashes ... emails will be added to all global spam lists though.
