    Firstly, you're kidding about this right? Seriously, do you answer your phone with your full name and credit card number? *Wink I think my computer is hacked whenever I type something it fills in the big broe then... ;) (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

    I'm not an expert on Event Viewer, but I don't see anything in there that bothers me. Besides, I'd be more concerned about looking at my firewall log if I'd been hacked.

    Secondly, this is clearly a phishing scam.

    Thirdly, you let an unknown person access your computer over the tubes? That's a big no-no.

    In the USA we have a Do-Not-Call list which you can use to block scammers (which helps everyone). Hopefully your upside down country has something similar. *Big Grin I think my computer is hacked whenever I type something it fills in the big broe then... :D

    EDIT: Did some looking and your crazy country does in fact have a DNC list. If you're registered for it then you can lodge a complaint. Doing so helps out all the other people in the land down under.

    My mouse freezes whenever I type

    My mouse freezes for about 3 seconds whenever I type. I have tried every suggestion, including turning off palmcheck, but when I looked for palmcheck where they told me to look it wasn't there. I am using a new HP laptop with windows 10
