    I think my windows 10 is corrupted.


    So a few days ago windows did a force update. After that I could load into windows but everything was super slow. Like it took 20 min to load the taskbar and desktop background, and another 5-10 to open up and use anything else. It was basically useless. So I shut it off for a day and came back only to have it not load windows at all. The blue options screen comes up every time I power on. Cant boot into safe mode of any kind. Windows recovery runs into a problem every time I try to run it. Tried to “Reset this PC” with no luck. Same with “Go back to the previous version”. I’m fresh out of ideas. I dont have easy access to another pc so I’m wondering if theres a way to do it on said pc. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Programs not working


    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
