Windows 10: I think that my windows stopped working.

Yesterday everything was running fine and I haven't downloaded any new files onto my pc in a long time so I have no idea how...     I think that my windows stopped working.


    So I launched my PC today. Yesterday everything was running fine and I haven't downloaded any new files onto my pc in a long time so I have no idea how has it changed. All icons are gone from my taskbar not matter what I click it doesn't work. Even the start button. Shortcuts like Win + I or Win + S don't work either. I cannot alt+tab so I am stuck if I go out of my browser and I need to launch a new one. I've tried restarting my pc and restarting file explorer. Could someone help?
