Windows 10: I think there's something wrong with my Inspiron 3880

I have a Dell Inspiron 3880, whose power light on the power button has suddenly started behaving awkwardly.It is blinking two times in shades of orange, and a third time with a shade of white.I think there's something wrong, can someone please clarify this?

If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

4. Click OK.

5. Restart for the changes to finish.

 

Help Me Understand What I'm Doing Wrong

I may be missing something, but I think what's being suggested is you use the arrow to choose another different method other then 'phone number' such as email or an authentication app, whatever's on the drop down list that's not a phone number.

  Right-click on the Synaptics Touchpad driver setup file and select Properties.

  Select Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

  Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
  

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to contact to the computer manufacturer and check if they have released Synaptics Touchpad driver for Windows 10.
