Windows 10: I took screen time off my son’s PC but we still cannot access it

I removed the screen time off the family safety app but the windows device is not recognizing it. Also the “My parent is here” and “Send a Request” buttons are both causing errors and a black out screen. We cannot access the PC at all and I’ve tried everything. I took all time limits off the account on Sunday but the device is not updating.

One of the possible reasons why you encounter your concern is sometimes your child’s Microsoft account may expire on their device and it will not be recognized as one of the existing child accounts in your family. To resolve your concern, we suggest
that you remove the exiting child account of your son in your family and add it back again. To do this follow the steps below:

• To remove an account on your family, follow these steps:

A. From a web browser, go to
http://account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with the Microsoft account of an adult in the family.

B. To remove a child, select Remove at the top of the section labeled Select a child to view or edit their settings.

To remove an adult, including the account you used to sign in with, select Remove at the top of the Adults section. If you're the only adult in the family, you'll need to remove all the kids before you can remove yourself.

C. Select the person you want to remove from the family.

D. Select the Remove button that appears when you've chosen the person to remove.

In addition, sign in your son’s Microsoft account on his device to refresh it. To do this, select the
Start button, then select Settings > Accounts and follow the prompt to verify his account. If the issue persists, we suggest that you check this

W10 wiped my son's laptop

• Is your son, getting an error message when he tried to turn on his laptop?
• When he tried to open his laptop, are you able to check if the power light stays on?
• Are you seeing black screen/blank screen when you tried to turn on his laptop?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
