Windows 10: I tried all possible way to troubleshoot the audio. It already said that my speaker is...

It started when I always connect to my earbuds, and then later on when I wanted to use the speaker, it's not working anymore. I tried every troubleshoot that I searched and from Lenovo, but still my speaker is not working. I restart after troubleshooting but when I try again, the audio is still not working.
