I tried downloading the intelR management engine for lenovo thinkpad t14s gen 3 but keeps saying the setup program ended prematurely because of following error: This platform is supported

After installing windows and necessary drivers into my new Lenovo t14 gen 3, I then encrypt my hard drive with symantec endpoint encryption, after restarting the machine it then refuses to boot into windows.
