Windows 10: I tried opening a file and it kept asking for permission and network,but my network is on...

I used my phone to type and when I Tried opening a file and it's asking for permission and network,my network is on,and I do not know what permission.

Some application need both read and write permission to access their file.
I don't have any knowledge of your application. Usually if you can access that file and copy it to you networked pc should be enough.
I would add write permission and try it again.
Perhaps in the software your using, you need to set a target drive letter for the application data. Some applications can be poorly written and expect the data to come from either a C Drive or D Drive etc.
Firewall permission, network permission, application data target folder. Let us know how your going.
