My pc was slow sometimes when I booted it up. Not the bootup itself, I mean it would be very laggy to open programs and even move my mouse when I first booted it up for the day sometimes. I did a scan for corrupted files and it showed the following message:Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flagShould I do anything else on top of

Can't recover from crash caused by sfc /scannow

16299 (Version 1709) is a 2 year old version of Windows that is no longer supported. That, alone, can cause issues that are very difficult or impossible to rectify.

Strongly suggest you update to 1903, or at the very minimum, 1809.

Have not been able to recover my pc after running sfc /scannow utility. I have tried rolling back to previous working restored point. Have also tried usb recovery with no success and at a loss for next step to try recovery choice.
My winver is 2017090 16299-1004 And as a note have been able to upgrade past 16299-1004.
