Windows 10: I tried this but could not run the script. Solved!

Am I doing something wrong?Tried again after going to link in the error message. I'm not sure what I did but it did not work.Try again using this shell command and it seemed to work. Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSignedThen I tried the update and it worked. My system is up to date now.

The long-running script error usually occurs when there are issues with Internet Explorer.

To resolve your concern, we suggest turning off the scripting debugger in Internet Explorer 11. Please follow these steps:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click the Settings icon at the top-right corner, then select Internet Options.
• On the Advanced tab, uncheck Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and

• Click Apply, then OK.
