Windows 10: I tried to delete MSFS202 and now I have ghost files

I had an issue with MSFS2020 staying open in the background after closing it normally or with ALT + F4. I did this and then decided to uninstall it via the Xbox app forgetting that it was still open in the background app so I closed it via task manager. After I closed it, I had a UACS prompt come up, which I denied, and then it said it was uninstalled but I still have space taken up. I've checked properties and it only says 59GB is being used. When I check TreeSize, they tell me 86.8Gb is being used but I can't find anything.

How to delete nameless or ghost files in my sidebar?

Again not solved... I tried the suggestions but the nameless ghost files are still exists...

Thank you for your continued patience on this issue. I would like to assist you further.

If you are unable to remove the file using Explorer, I suggest you to try delete the file using the command prompt. Follow the below steps.

• Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.

• Now browse to the folder where the file is located. You can go to the root of the drive by typing in cd /, followed by
  cd foldername to navigate into directories. Once you are there, type in
  dir to get a listing of all the files.

• To delete a fie type del “filename”
