Windows 10: I tried to do a clean boot to fix some internet problems but now there’s more problems.

My PC had very poor internet compared to any of my other device’s and so I tried to do a clean boot. However it failed and now there’s no internet the WI-FI symbol which is usually at the bottom right of the screen has now completely disappeared and my sound has turned of completely as well. I tried troubleshooting and It said it made changes to the PC but nothing changed. I also restarted the PC several times after the clean boot, again, nothing happened.I did ask this question before but I accidentally closed the tab so that’s why I’m asking again.

Problem at boot up

Okey, ill try to remove my oc, but its really hard to tell if it will fix the problem, because as i said it happens randomly, not on every boot up. If its my oc, what might be the problem? My pc is also new, its almost 2 months old.

If not, we suggest that you run the Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

  Choose
  Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Run
  the following
  Troubleshooter:
  
  • 
    Internet Connections.
    
  • 
    Network Adapter.
    
  • 
    Incoming Connections.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
