Windows 10: I tried to do a clean reboot but now I can’t sign into my laptop

*Big sigh* My laptop’s fan wouldnt turn off, and restarting my pc wasnt helping, so I read online I should try a “clean reboot.” I did the clean reboot based on instructions I read, but now I can’t log back into my computer. I get the message, “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available.” So I clicked, “Set up my PIN” but it doesnt work. I clicked on sign in options and tried to enter my password. But wouldn’t you know, I forgot my password. : So I click “I forgot my password,” and it says, “Just a Moment,” but then it doesn’t take me anywhere but back to the same screen. Aaah. What can I do?

Step 2: douse laptop in gasoline.

Step 3: toss a burning match onto laptop.

Step 4: watch the fire clense your laptop.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
