    I installed it and while I was trying to create an account it froze and since then it's restarting in a loop.

    I searched on the internet but I can't do anything because the account is a default one and I don't have the password to sign in

    There very simple and i've already tried them. The problem that i face is that the software (this app) does not find any updates for me .
    Many people across the world have this issues .So you need the proxy etc thing to get it to work.
