Windows 10: I tried to login to dragon city with my microsoft account, but when it's loading, the game...

Everytime I tried to login to dragon city, it always said "internet error" after the pop up shows. I tried reinstalling, resetting, even restart my pc. It didn't work. I also tried using different internet and still don't work, can anyone tell me what happened?

1. Search Apps and Features

Open Apps and Features

From the list find your game Dragon City

Click Dragon City to select

then click Advanced Options

Click Repair

and then Reset

Open the game and try to link again your Facebook account.

2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Game

Open Apps and Features

From the list find your game Dragon City

Click Dragon City to select

then click Advanced Options

Select Uninstall

Then download the game again in Microsoft Store

Open the game and try to link again your Facebook account.

3. If that didn't work. I would suggest posting the problem on their Forums.

Dragon city Microsoft log in error

I can't seem to log in with Microsoft store in the game "Dragon City". Could I get any help because it is locking me out of that account saying: Connection Error, even though I have a stable internet connection?
