Windows 10: i tried to logon to Whisler build 2428 after i upgraded from Whisler build 2419 and it...

after i upgraded from Whisler build 2419 to 2428, it gives me an error message that says "Some system files are missing or damaged. You cannot login right now. Please reinstall/repair your system using your instalation CD. Error Code:0x80040507.". even if i try to logon to the other 2 accounts that i created in 2419, it still gives the same error message.Does Someone know how to fix this?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:

Build 10240 now available for Windows Insiders in Fast and Slow rings, Make sure you are logging in with Microsoft account to in order to receive the build 10240.

I suggest you to reboot the device and check if it finds Build 10240.

You may try to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and check if Build 10240 is available. Follow these steps to run Windows Update
troubleshooter:

• 
  Press Windows key + W and type
  troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Select View all on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Click Windows Update troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
