I cloned my entire drive to the new SSD with an "Cocosenor Backup Tuner" app because I wanted to send my Operation System there. Eventually I ended up having the same exact data twice on both drivers and now my computer does not boot from cloned windows.

Meanwhile, in the bios there is no partition of the Samsung SSD 860 EVO

KINGSTON SA400S37240G (SATA-2 (SSD)) is my old operating system. My mother board is MSI B350M GAMING PRO.

Neither of these names here belong to my Samsung SSD. The quality of the images you're going to see is pretty bad because I used an old monitor but you should be able to read the names.

    1. First one
    2. Second one

And now as you can see Im filled with all these partitions that I created using the Cocosenor Backup Tuner. I don't know if I should delete them. Im not sure what is happening here but I think I've accidentally merged an "uninitialized" 20GB hdd hiden driver unified with my Samsung. I didn't know this part existed but I wanted to use it.

How do I undo this mess?

I've read somewhere that even though you delete files from a driver a small portion of corrupted data still remains and overtime the more changes you make to a driver the more you worsen it. So this makes me very anxious about whether or not I should delete everything cloned on the 2nd driver to start again. I tried to migrate my Windows to a new SSD, I ended up with a useless copy of my old... :(

  2. migrating a windows 10 system to a new ssd

Bought a new SSD for a laptop with windows 10 1709. What is the best way to copy everything/migrate/clone the old hard drive (661 gb free of 697 gb) to the new 240 gb ssd?

  3. Migrating W10 from SSD to USB and then to new SSD

    Hi

Some months ago, I bought a new Custom-built PC with a 128G M2 SSD, where Windows lives. Over the months, this SSD has become too full with Program Installs to allow for Windows updates (where it needs to make another copy...). So I have bought a new Samsung
500G M2 SSD, and I'm now trying to migrate the Windows install across to that, while keeping all my program data intact (so, cloning the old SSD...). The Samsung Migration Magician will not copy the Windows install to USB, and my motherboard only has one M2
    slot.

Is there a way to clone my old SSD to USB, then back to the new SSD once in place on the motherboard? Or, failing that, is an SSD adaptor a good idea, so that I can run the two M2 SSDs together, and use the Magician to clone the old SSD to the new, then
    boot Windows from that?

    TIA for any advice...
