I tried to move a subfolder in my Link Station 200 folder by dragging. It gave the not allowed symbol and several seconds later the folder disappeared. How am I able to get it back?

Can you provide some reproduction steps so I can test it out in the lab? Correct me if I have this wrong:

• Open network folder ( \\server\folder\subfolder )
• Take a file from desktop, and drag it into the openeed folder
• The opened folder will jump up a level (to the "folder" in this example) after releasing

Is that right?

I suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Click on the Hub option on top right of the screen.
• Select the subfolder that you want to move.
• Drag the subfolder & drop on the folder.

Your list is correct Shawn,

The open 'subfolder' will step back into 'folder', with 'subfolder' selected in the list.

This behaivour does not apply to local folders.

Server is a regular Windows 7 PC.
