    Hi, my name is Andri,I have a problem with my laptop, the first problem is my laptop freezes then a blue screen appears with a barcode, it keeps repeating like that. Then I tried to reinstall the PC, when the installation process always stops at 92% and the laptop restarts itself repeatedly until now. what can I do with this problem?

    Progress installing the Windows 10 November update stops responding at 92%

    I experienced a similar problem as already reported earlier for migrating to Windows 10: The installation process stops at 92% while updating configuration and never (=not within 2 hours) resumes.

    Earlier problem solutions were

    • press the sleep button twice, and update resumes
    • remove all USB plugs and sticks, such as mouse and keyboard, and updates also resumes
    at the moment, I don't yet know whether this works; i'll try again Wednesday, 2-Dec-2015. I'm curious about any other similar observation
