Windows 10: I tried to Remove Sendori 3 weeks ago, it is still working and I am stuck can not stop it...

I got a screen that said my computer was infected and to call Microsoft. I tried what I knew to get the computer back to running, nothing worked. In desperation I called the number. I was not convinced the person was really Microsoft. The person, after a half hour on the phone convinced me he was from Microsoft. He was trying to fix my computer what froze due to spy wear, as I recall. He took over the computer. I was in shock. I never realized Microsoft could do that. My cursor was flying cross my screen. Yahoo mail stopped working on Lumina 900 & 800 about 2 weeks ago

Hi there,

I have a 900 and my wife has an 800 series, we both have Yahoo mail accounts

All was well till 2 weeks ago they both stopped syncing, with error code 800C0000

I have tried removing and reinstalling the account and using the Yahoo preferred settings and cold reboot all to no avail.

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

• Server - imap.mail.yahoo.com
• Port - 993
• Requires SSL - Yes

I have tried these settings with Windows Live Mail and they work fine, the only thing I can see is that the Yahoo IMAP server for the Lumina is winmo.imap.mail.yahoo.com:993:1 - I have also tried imap.mail.yahoo.com:993:1

So my question is - is this still supported on the 900 & 800 or is it just a problem with Yahoo or not supporting this version of IMAP. I don't want to have to change phones or email addresses. Is there an IMAP client for the 900 & 800 that would work ?

IE11 got abysmally slow about 3 weeks ago

IE 11 has been working quite finely in Windows 10. About 3 weeks ago or so, it got abysmally slow.

My suspicion is a Windows 10 update clash.

How can I fix IE 11? The uninstall and reinstall does no good.

Any suggestions?
