Windows 10: I tried to start my laptop in safe mode and now it is stuck on a blurry/fuzzy login screen...

Please help! It is so frustrating that there is no way to contact microsoft directly. The only buttons I can access are the language, internet, accessibility, and power on the bottom right. I have connected to the internet.I have already read the three similar posts and tried all those suggestions. I have tried CTR+ALT+Delete, F8, Holding Windows+F while clicking power, then restart, restarting 5 times, using the finger scanner....Thanks so much

windows 10 Blurred and stuck on the login screen (fuzzy blurry)

Hey friends,
First this is the hardware I have on the computer :
Motherboard Name: Intel Pearl Creek DG31PR
CPU Type: DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E7200, 2533 MHz (9.5 x 267)
Memory : 4GB DDR2
System operation is windows 10 on ssd drive.

I have a strange computer problem that started yesterday
The computer just goes up and gets stuck on this screen fuzzy \ blurry

The keyboard is unresponsive and nothing can be done

I dont remember that I download or install any update or new software
That made it happen , But it may be an automatic installation of Microsoft updates.
I backed up most of the important files to another drive - with live usb boot
Safe mode not working also
And reset pc not work

I want to fix the operating system Because it has a legitimate and valid WIN 10 and OFFICE license


Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem? And why is this happening?

Stuck in Safe Mode Login Screen with no options

Hi,


Please can you help. I am completely locked out of my PC.


I wanted to turn fast boot on my bios so I selected to put the Windows 10 into Safe Mode after changing the Bios settings.


Now I am stuck on Safe Mode login screen as I do not know my password.


From the Advanced Options screen, I have selected Startup Settings, to try to Enable Safe Mode with Networking, but the USB keyboard won't work in Startup Settings, I have tried every USB port on my PC, but it doesn't work. (Other people have had this issue). The annoying thing is that the keyboard does work on the safe mode login screen but not in Start Up Settings. I have also tried wireless keyboards which also don't work in Start Up Settings, but also do work in the login screen.


I have changed my Windows password on my phone but because I'm not connected to the network (even though I have an ethernet cable plugged into my PC and modem) it says my password is wrong.


From the Advanced Options screen, I have even tried resetting the PC but that requires a password.


So now I can't get into Windows and I can't get into Bios.


Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Hello @DSerious,

You should be able to use one of the options in the Tutorial below to start Windows back in Normal Mode [ You might have already seen this and tried it! ] . . .

> How to Start Windows 10 into Safe Mode or Normal Mode

Another option might be to Boot into a Win PE USB and connect to the Internet if you think that might fix it.
