Windows 10: I tried to uninstall Google Chrome, and this keeps popping up over and over again:...

I'm not a fan of Google browser, nor Google Chrome, so I attempted to uninstall the app. But afterwards, I keep getting this popup over and over again,, and cannot stop it: C:\Users\rcati\AppData\Local\google\Application\chrome.exe I'm running Windows 10.

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

Let us know if these steps worked.

 

Unable to uninstall Google Chrome

Everytime I tried to uninstall Google Chrome I keep on getting this pop up messasge. The message is :

"Please close all google chrome windows (including those in windows 8 mode) and try again.

Every thing is closed and yet I get this pop up is there any way to uninstall this please !!!

Google Chrome Uninstall

I can't uninstall Google chrome when I try a message keeps popping up saying I "Need to close all pages open in Google Chrome" before it will uninstall and I have nothing open?
