Windows 10: I tried turning on my laptop but it wouldnt work and it would just be frozen

I already charged it for the entire night and when i turn on the power button nothing happens. When i plug in my charger the led doesnt light up and the laptop is dead. Anyone know what happened and how to fix it

Computer is frozen at password page

Original title: frozen laptop.

I have upgraded to windows 10.it seemed to work well.when i tried it again this am it has frozen at the password page.any suggestions.
