Windows 10: I try to restart my computer from the bitlock screen and it wont let me

My lenovo think pad opened up to the bitlock screen. My computer is not registered. I cannot find the bitlock key and never had one made when I set it up. I try to factory reset the computer but it comes right back to the bitlocker. I dont know what to do.

How can I skip the BitLocker screen
( https://www.windowscentral.com/sites...rd-startup.jpg ) whenever I Restart the computer? Whenever I restart the computer, that implies that I'm still the user at the computer, so I don't have to go through the small annoyance of retyping the password.
If I Shut Down the computer instead, then turn the computer back on, then the BitLocker screen should show up, since anyone else can be at the computer. If Windows decides to automatically restart the computer, after updates or whatever, then it should also skip that screen. It's annoying sometimes whenever I come back to the computer and see that blue BitLocker screen open on the monitor, instead of having the monitor be off in stand-by mode (which is how I have it set up in Windows whenever the computer is idle). It has even happened a few times when I woke up. Sometimes I go to sleep with the computer running idly, with the monitor in stand-by mode. But when I wake up, I see that blue BitLocker screen on the monitor (because Windows made some updates and restarted the computer).

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
