Windows 10: I turned off one mscofig service and now I cannot undo it. Please help

Hey,I went crazy because of the windows update so for some reason I turned of the windows update service. Now i cannot log into windows all I get is blue windows lock screen with clock and date.I know that I can somehow do it via win re cmd using bcdedit but I don't know how. If someone is willing to help I will be glad. And also I will provide all informations and all screenshots needed.

In mscofig, where you said service is listed - disable it. Also check Startup files, if anything strange is there and disable it. Then run ADVcleaner and Malwarebytes.

But first you should check VirusTotal, like Golden suggested

Are you running any other AV or did you have one running in the past? If you didn't use an uninstaller for the AV, then the remnants of it could be causing the problem. Normally any time you install an AV it disables Defender by default.

If you are getting any error codes please list those, that will be helpful in helping you.

As torre suggested, might be a good idea to do a reset or even a reinstall.
