I turned on my laptop today about 5 hrs ago and its glitching so much I can only type this message in between glitches it wont stay stil lonf enuf to try to fix whatever is wrong please help me

Monitor of laptop glitches and then turns black

Hello, i start with asking you sorry for my bad english.

If you don't understand something, just say it and I'll try to say it better.

In the last period i didn't treat too well my laptop: i had to do some wprks, so i didn't turn it off for like 2 weeks. The only thing i did, was to "close it" when i didn't use it.

However, i ended up using it rarely.

TOday, i opened after some days i didn't use it and while i it were starting, the monitor glitched. It glitched a while with many little squares.

i forced it and turn it off.

Reopened.

it glitched again. In a different way this time.

i turn it off again.

when i turn it on again, it stopped glitching. It just had a black monitor, but with sounds like the sounds of a computer turned up. TheN sometimes it makes a little bip.

I have no idea of what i should do.

the other thing that it should be mention, is that the computer has 2 monitor (the second one is a "wacom one").

it's always plug in.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Windows Installed - Windows 11

troubleshooting steps - Updating laptop, check up on all systems, Scanned for hardware changes, bios updated (Just a moment ago)

Gaming services version - Opera

other games - No this does not happen in any other games on roblox. However, whenever I restart my pc this glitch goes away. But, their should not even be a glitch as I've bought this laptop JUST 5 days ago.
