Windows 10: I turned safe boot on and now my pc won't boot

Hello, thanks for reading this I really hope I can solve this without invasive methods. So I turnet safe boot on and when my pc restarted it was stuck with a black screen after the windows sign.I, then tried to turn it off in BIOS but it was greyed out so the only way to do it was to delete all safe boot keys and then it said "disabled" so I tried to start my pc up again but it still led me to a black screen.I also tried to force it to startup repair and the furthest I got was a screen saying "Starting Automatic Repair" and then everything would go black again.I really dont know what to do any

Hi Elda,

If the boot sequence didn't work, then we suggest try running the laptop in safe mode. To do this, here's a few steps to follow:

• Power down your laptop.
• Turn it back on again.
• When you turn it back on, press F8 repeatedly until the power on option appeared.
  
• If you see the boot option "Safe Mode with Networking", choose that option.
• See if you can boot up in Safe mode.

computer won't boot but has power

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

 

Pc won´t boot when restarting, only when is turned off and on

I can boot to win 11 normaly when my pc is off, but i can´t boot when restarting. it stays frozen on motherboard page (asrock b550m phanton gaming) and i can´t even press f11 or f2 for boot and bios options.
