Windows 10: I type @ on my new laptop

Hi,I just bought a new laptop and have it working well. But I can’t write @ on it, have tried both with alt+2 and alt gr+2 but nothings works. The other characters where you neeed to put in alt + one number.I bought the computer in Spain and the installation was in Spanish. So don’t know I made something wrong when I install it?All the bestTim

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

To change the Account type follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on change your account type.
  
• 
  Select standard account.
  

To delete the account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Select the user account.
  
• 
  Click on Delete the account.
  

To create the new user account follow the steps.

• 
  Press Windows + X, click on User Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Manage other Account.
  
• 
  Click on Add A new user in PC setting.

Typing with Laptop

Hello,

The keyboard language and layout was moved to a different option on Windows 10. I've listed the steps on how to get to the language settings below:

• On the Windows search bar, type Control Panel and hit
  Enter.
• Click Clock, Language, and Region
• Click Change language input

From there you can change the language input, or add a new one.
