Windows 10: I uninstalled family features on my omen laptop and i keep getting popups to sign back in

I got this laptop for my 21st birthday for gaming and to make extra room i removed useless features i dont need im a grown adult with no kids and now i keep getting popups to sign in, and i keep refusing since i dont want that thing on my laptop. how do i get the popup to stop? its interrupting my gaming

Family Features Popup

There is a popup whenever I do almost anything on the computer that tells me to sign in to family features and it is getting annoying. Can someone tell me how to disable this. I dont need this feature I use the computer alone.

 

Microsoft family features - being spammed by popups telling me to sign in

Hello,

Recently, I have been getting a popup from Microsoft Family Features telling me to sign in. It has been spamming me with it every couple minutes.

Any fixes? I have tried ending the "Family Safety Monitor" task via the Task Manager but that does not work. When I do click sign in, it gives me a "Please wait.." and it goes on for a very long time.
