Windows 10: I unlinked my Asus vivobook and it won't let me register the device it keeps saying it...

I unlinked my aces VivoBook PC from my account I tried to register the device again using the serial number and it doesn't recognize the serial number why what do I do?

Asus Vivobook 15 X1504VA_A1504VA Audio and Microphone not working when I plugin headphones to use with Zoom.

I am using Win11.

I have tested my headphone with YouTube - my headphone works.

I have tried the steps from this link - Redirecting

He says to downloaded the updated driver if its still not working. I am looking for this driver / solution. Thanks
