    When it comes to computers especially laptops I really suck, so I made the most idiotic mistake when trying to "fix" my laptop. I was looking around device manager and went near the Display adapter category. I don't know what I was thinking but I "accidentally" deleted my Nvidia card. I tried redownloading drivers to regain my Nvidia card but I can't do anything because it says my windows isn't compatible to the Nvidia installer. Now I can't play games, and I've been sitting here for 1-2 hours crying and feeling irritated that I might of ruined my whole gaming experience for a while. I don't

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Do you get any error message while playing or to launch a game?

    I suggest you to unhide the hidden drivers in Device Manager by following the steps provided below and check if the Graphic card driver is visible:

    • Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
    • Click on View and click on Show Hidden Devices.

  3. Nvidia Graphics Card

    Hello Brian,

    I request you to try the following steps:

    Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

    Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
    Drivers


    • Right click on the Start menu.

    • Click on “Device Manager” from that list.

    • Search for the Graphics Card
      from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
      from the computer.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
    After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

    Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
    manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
    Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

    The error code indicates, "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)". We need to reinstall the device driver manually. I suggest you to refer the steps for
    Code 28 mentioned in the article
    Error codes in Device Manager in Windows
    and see if that helps.



    You can try to run NVidia Auto-Detect and see if that helps you in installing the NVidia drivers. You can run NVidia Auto-Detect from
    NVidia website. You can also check for the pending updates on the computer and install them. Please refer the section

    .



    If the issue persists, I suggest you to try the steps mentioned below to install the drivers:



    1. Press Windows key + X and select
