Windows 10: I updated my computer a couple of days ago, since then I HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER???...

I updated my computer a couple of days ago, since then I have had NO ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. Sign in does not work anymore, it autofills with all 7s and will not change or let me use the right password?? I tried use bitlocker it autofills with 7s, or sometimes i can enter some numbers but then fills with 7s??Tries Recovery the same thing???How do I fix this, it has ALL of our 501c3 Paper Work on it Computer is only 2 years old Gateway

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Computer: Dell Optiplex 3020 Original O/S: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.
Did the free upgrade to Windows 10 couple of days ago, didn't work so restore to Windows 7 and the problem now is none of my usb ports work meaning that I can't use any keyboard or mouse. Only available ports in computer are USB Ethernet Headphone and microphone ports. Any suggestions in how to regain control so I can install the proper drivers for all the hardware? Much appreciated thanks
