As the heading says.I plugged my mouse into a different usb port and it works fine now, but I'd still like to fix the other usb port my mouse used to be in. I've gone back to device manager but the 'mice and other pointing devices' was gone when I used keyboard and my mouse was in that usb. How do I get my mouse working again in that usb port? Do I download and install a driver directly from my mouses' make? Redragon 3200 centrophorus.

    :)

Wireless mouse "driver is unavailable" issues

    Hi,

The error Driver is unavailable means that there is no available driver installed for your mouse that’s why it is not working. We suggest that you check the mouse driver from the device manager. Follow the steps below:

    • Open Device Manager.
    • Look for Mice and other pointing devices and click it to expand.
    • Check if there is a driver for the wireless mouse.

If there is none, we suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website of the mouse and download then install the latest mouse driver compatible to Windows 10.

Get back to us if you need further assistance.

Problems with KB3194496 update not recognizing bluetooth mouse

    Hi,

We would suggest you to update the driver of your mouse.

To update your mouse driver, follow the steps below:

    • Make sure that your wireless mouse is connected to your PC.
    • Click the Start button, type "device manager" in the search box, and then select Device Manager.
    • In the list of hardware categories, look for Mice and other pointing device and double-click on it.
    • Look for your mouse name and right-click on it and select properties.
    • Once your mouse tab appears, select Driver and click
Update Driver, and then follow the instructions.

If that does not work, we recommend you to download the latest drivers from the website of your mouse manufacturer and install it manually.

Let us know how it goes.
