Windows 10: I updated my windows 11 and now the wake to approach does not work on my hp spectrex360...

When I approach my computer normally, I would be able to approach and the computer would be to turn on and then it would light up recognize my face and then turn on since I updated it not able to perform function. Please assist. All settingsdid not change on the Command Center features. It worked fine before the update. Thanks

WIndows 10 - Wake from Sleep Issues

Unfortunately after scouring all the forum posts here and on HP, Dell and looking at the various community suggested approaches and their outcome; its evident, there is no permanent working fix for these issues:: partial shutdown, unable to wake-from-sleep
and failure to sleep.

There is radio-silence from Microsoft and HP/others since last 2 weeks, with absolutely not a single word of assurance of a fix-in-works let alone even acknowledging this issue. It seems , we will all have to step-up our fight and go blog all over social
media / forums about this issues within our respective sphere of influence . Seems that's the only way to wake up this 'sleeping mammoths' and take notice to this serious issues.

This might have occurred due to incompatible\ corrupted driver.

Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.



Step 1: Run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Step 2: Let us try to download and install the latest chipset driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.



A chipset driver is a type of driver that refers to what is needed for a computer operating system to work with and recognize the devices connected to the computer.
