I updated my work profile picture 4 days ago. It's too close up, so I want to change it. When I click change picture, it doesn't allow me to choose a new picture. What am I doing wrong?

• Did changing of profile photo completed successfully without any issues?

Here are the steps on how to change your picture in your Hotmail account:

• Log in your account at
  https://profile.live.com.
• On the left hand side, click Change picture.
• Click New picture then choose the picture from your computer.
• Wait for it to load then click Save.
