Windows 10: I upgrade to windows 11 & now the "headline" feature of printshop 23 does not work.

Discus and support I upgrade to windows 11 & now the "headline" feature of printshop 23 does not work. in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; once i go into headline & start scrolling through the fonts, the mouse starts spinning & the program closes. broderbund has been useless in helping....     I upgrade to windows 11 & now the "headline" feature of printshop 23 does not work.


    once i go into headline & start scrolling through the fonts, the mouse starts spinning & the program closes. broderbund has been useless in helping. the issue started when I upgraded to windows 11, broderbund said I need the updated version of printshop 23 so I bought it & the problem remains. anyone had this problem?

    Printshop Deluxe 23.1 is not working on Windows 10.

    To make The print shop 23 work with Windows 10:

    First Uninstall The Printshop.

    Next uninstall net framework 1.1.

    Run "regedit and remove all instance of printshop.

    Reboot

    Install net framework 1.1 from Microsoft.

    Reboot

    Install The Printshop 23 in its entirety to the hard drive.

    Reboot and enjoy

    Printshop Deluxe 23.1 is not working on Windows 10.

    I upgraded from Win7 to Win10 and followed Jeffrey Young's instruction to install Print Shop 23. Works great but when I close the program I cannot use it again until I restart my computer. any help would be appreciated!
