    Monthly calendar popup when click/hover over date-time in task bar

    I use to be able to hover over the date and time and the calendar would pop up.

    Now it does not and I cannot find out how to turn it back on.

    Similar to this question; I want to be able to click on the clock on my secondary display to view my calendar pop-up instead of having to click just on the main display calendar. Is this do-able/can it be added if not?
