I use Windows 11 with language set to Hebrew. When I watch Netflix or use Windows Live Captions then the subtitles' punctuations appear reversed, some kind of RTL issue. How can I resolve it? I can't watch Netflix now! That wasn't happening a few months ago

How to install Hebrew on Windows 10 as a display language

Let me help you to change the display language to Hebrew.



Let’s try simple steps and check is this helps. Follow the below step.

• 
  Go to the settings and click on
  Time & Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region & language and click on
  Add a language.
  
• Select Hebrew, let the language pack install, click on the
  Hebrew Language pack and click Set as default.

There's a possibility that this issue is being caused by an improper or incomplete language pack installation.

To isolate the issue, we recommend following the steps below to make sure that the Hebrew language pack is already installed:

• Go to Settings.
• Select System, then choose Apps & features.
• Click Manage optional features.
• See if Hebrew language pack is already installed. If not, click Add a Feature.
• Install the necessary language (including text-to-speech and speech recognition).
• Once done, go back to the Settings window and select
  Time & language.
• Choose Region & language and see if you can set Hebrew as the default language on your device.

Issues with the multi keyboard languages in Windows 10. Two Hebrew keyboards appear.

To remove the Hebrew US keyboard follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows + I key on the keyboard to open Settings.
   
2. Click on Time & Language.
   
3. Click on Region & Language.
   
4. Click on Hebrew language.
   
5. Look for the Hebrew US keyboard.
   
6. Click on the Hebrew US keyboard and select
   Remove.
