Windows 10: I used my phone to lock my computer and now it won't unlock with me as admin

How to unlock my computer when it won't let me enter any information as admin.

Admin account locked

My admin account is locked don,t know how to unlock but have a standard user to login please suggest can I do something from normal user to unlock the admin account.

I have a Problem with my nokia lumia 520, I bought at amazon for AT&T gophone (prepay), I import the phone to Venezuela, but I can't use it because is locked to use with AT&T company, I try to unlock with one unlocker company (doctorsim) but doesn't work,
they say something like the imei number can't be found in their database list... so, I can't use my phone, AT&T don't give me the unlock code, and with an unlocker company I can't do that, so... what it suppost there I can do? nokia could give me that pin
to unlock my phone?

 

Looking for an unlocked phone to test on


I've started programming in Visual Studio 2015 under Windows 10.

I'd like to get an unlocked phone to test with.

I saw a whole bunch of unlocked phones on Amazon.

Any suggestions as to what phone would be best for that?
