Windows 10: I used not activated Windows 10 for 2 years but now it says it's activated by organization.

Hi,

I use a free copy of Windows genuine but not activated Windows but since yesterday it says Windows is activated by the organization. I tried removing the license using cmd and restarted my Windows and after I clicked on troubleshooting Windows activation, It got activated by the organization again. What organization is activating my Windows and how should I know it's the OS safe to use now? Maybe a Crack or Trojan or IDK is activating my OS. Is it safe to use?

Windows 10 activation expires after 2 years ?

Hi,

I have upgraded my windows 8 Pro to Windows 10 over 2 years ago .

Since yesterday I get the message that my windows license expires and that I have to Activate it.

When I look at the activation settings it says

"Windows is activated using your organization's activation service"

This does not seem right to me, because I bought the 8 Pro license privately.

I did log on to my office 365 account from my organisation.

Could this have changed the activation settings of windows 10 ?

What can I do to repair my windows activation?

How long did you wait for activation?
When I re-installed with a fresh install... it took a few hours to sync and activate.
However, it did, finally, activate.
