Windows 10: I used windows 10 media creation tool - How do I get full version via passkey

I recently went out and purchased parts to build a gaming PC which turned out to be a great experience and worked on the first boot up. I then had a copy of Windows 10 OEM Software on disc. At the time of that purchase, I thought the case for the PC supported DVD ROMS but sadly, it did not. So I searched around on what to do next and I saw the media creation tool on the Microsoft website. I did this copy and it gave me Windows 10 Pro. I used that for a while and got annoyed with the design of that software type because of how unfinished and inconvenient it was to use so just today, I downgraded and got an unfinished version of Windows 10 Home. Now I want to activate windows via settings/personalization/activate Windows. I put in the passkey from the disc OEM copy of Windows 10 Home I had purchased earlier. I keep getting an error and I've been searching around to my surprise with no luck. I am patient with this process as I am only using this PC for web browsing and gaming as it is just a home PC, I don't need it for a work-based use yet. I just need answers if anyone comes across this question with similar experiences, have/had the same issue, or just knows how to fix it off the bat, You can reach me at *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for any kind of response. Using media creation tool on Windows 10

Is it possible to use the media creation tool a system running Windows 10 Home 32 bit, to create an ISO for a different version of Windows 10. Lets say Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. So it can be used to upgrade free a qualified version of Windows. Or maybe even
use the media to do clean install on a system that is already running a free upgrade.

The Windows 10 upgrade page states:

• We recommend using the media creation tool on a PC running Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. If you run this tool on a PC running Windows 10, it can overwrite temporary files that are needed if you ever want to go back to your previous operating system.

The Windows Media Creation Tool allows you to download the Windows 10 ISO directly from Microsoft, without having a product key. You can use it to clean install or upgrade to Windows 10. It can also be use to download the different editions of Windows 10.

As for the build and version of your Windows 10, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open up the run command prompt.
  
• Type winver into the run command text box and hit OK. You should now see a dialog screen revealing the OS build and registration information.
