    I"ve download 3 different programs to turn my taskbar transulsent. The bar will not obey the command of the software. Checked stteing it should work. Unless a Microsoft update it not allowing some how third party software.

    You dont have to download anything to make the task bar transulsent, you do that in Settings.

    Uninstall whatever you have installed

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    In the latest update (Moment 2) Microsoft re-programmed some of the taskbar to make changes and everyone is reporting that has caused those utilities to stop working, you just need to wait for the developers of those utilities to update their code and those utilities will then work again.
